Program Registration

Registration Process

Once you have created your registration account and registered via our online registration website (click):  

  1. Participants will be placed onto desired class roster in a first come first serve basis once all Medical Release forms and entry fee (or scholarship form; see below) have been received.

    • General Medical Release Form (REQUIRED FOR ALL)

    • AA Instability Release Form (REQUIRED for all participants with Down’s Syndrome)

    • All forms are valid for one year from date of completion.

    • After they are signed by the participant's physician, please faxed to (210) 558-2021, mailed to P.O. Box 690993, San Antonio, Texas 78269, or bring to first class.

    • We REQUIRE you to update these forms and the participant's online registration account information should their Medical Condition/Issues change.

  2. Please turn in all medical release and/or scholarship forms with your registration payment by the start of this program.

  3. Once the class has filled with the allotted number of participants, then we begin a waiting list.

  4. Program directors will contact all families within a week of the start date to give class information and confirm each participant’s attendance for the class.

  5. If a participant withdraws from a class, then the program director will contact the first participant on the waiting list.

  6. Payments of check and cash are held until after the start of the first class.

  7. Per, Kinetic Kids policy, no refunds will be provided once the first class is completed.

Although there are entry fees associated with our programs, Kinetic Kids seeks to adhere to "no child turned away" and we provide full and partial scholarships to any family who expresses a need. If you would like to apply for a scholarship to help cover the cost of program registration, please download and complete the Scholarship Form.  Forms can be mailed to us at P.O. Box 690993, San Antonio, Texas 78269 or faxed to 210-558-2021.  You must also register for a program via our online registration website (click). Make sure to indicate what type of scholarship you are applying for during the registration process.  Note: When awarded a partial scholarship, your account will be credited and your portion of the registration fee will be due on or before the first class day.  Payment can be made via mail to the above address, through our online registration website (click), or in person on the first day of class.  When awarded a full scholarship, your account will be credited for the entire registration fee and no payment is necessary.

Scholarship Criteria

  1. Kinetic Kids allows each family to apply for up to 2 full or partial scholarships a season.   Families may participate in additional programs at the regular fee if they choose.

  2. Kinetic Kids often relies on volunteers to assist with mailouts and clerical duties. For those receiving scholarships, we definitely encourage participating as a volunteer. If a family receives 2 full scholarships, 5 hours of service through KK Connections is required. 

  3. Program attendance is critical to the scholarship program being a success. We will take regular attendance into consideration if there is repeated un-excused absences from children receiving scholarships.
