Your Registration is NOT COMPLETE until all forms are completed and payment is recieved.

The following forms will need to be completed for your registration to be complete. Please go to our Program page, for more information and descriptions of our different programs. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0 or greater to View, Print, or Save these forms. Once you save these forms to your computer, you can directly type on them using the Typewriter feature under Tools in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

We have a NEW Registration form that can be filled out totally online and sumbitted via email or printed. Click on the registration form and fill in the blanks. If you plan to mail or faxed in the form, press the "Print form" button. If you want to email in the form, press the "Submit by Email" button. Make sure you have your email program open or you may be prompted to choose a email program.

Scholarships: Although there are entry fees associated with our programs, Kinetic Kids seeks to adhere to "no child turned away" and we provide full and partial scholarships to any family who expresses a need. If you would like to apply for a scholarship to help cover the cost of program registration, please complete the Scholarship form below and send along with your registraion forms.
